SUBSTANCE: boiling bed flash dryer with inert nozzle containing body with gas distribution grid, vibrating plates, inert nozzle, atomiser, and vibrator designed as plates mounted in dryer body and pivoting relative to axes. Vibrating plates contains staggered ordered complementary plates of different length at the angle within e.g. 80...40° to vibrating plates. And free vertex of complementary plates at the right vibrating plate faces upwards and one at the left downwards. Atomiser is acoustic and designed as body with in-build ultrasonic generator designed as nozzle and ring cavity resonator. Body is vertical linear bushing containing spray agent supply nozzle in its upper part. Perpendicular to its axis there is fluid supply tube. Lower and upper flanged bush is embedded coaxially in the body. Lower flange is rigidly mounted in groove formed in the body. Bush contains in-built coaxial is conic cup coaxial ring cavity resonator. Cup is molded on the rod of diameter d. Its tail end contains locking disk designed as elastic petals interacting with bush internal surface. Lower flange contains at least one nozzle at the angle to resonator axis. Extension of nozzle axis lays on circle in conic midsection. Bush internal surface contains designed coaxial conic and cylindrical apertures.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of drying.
