FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns area of medicine and can be used for estimation of hypoplastic conditions of an osteal tissue. Essence of the method: carry out morphometric examination of biopsy material cells of a hucklebone crista. Then, make paraffinic sections and paint them using the Schmorl's method. Carry out numbering of images of fields of vision of the received tissue specimens on a hardware-software complex, using the software. Contour borders of osteocytic lacunas also define their factor of the form of a circle on the images of tissue specimens in an automatic or manual regimen, oblongness, count statistical characteristics of parametres. At value of the factor of the form of osteal lacunas 0.99-1.0 and an indicator of oblongness less than 1.4, define, that metabolic condition of an osteal tissue is within norm. At value of the factor of the form of osteal lacunas from 0.95 to 0.98 and an indicator of oblongness from 1.41 to 1.60 - define, that the hypoplastic condition of an osteal tissue is caused by dysplastic processes. At value of the factor of the form of osteal lacunas less than 0.95 and an indicator of oblongness more than 1.60 - define, that the hypoplastic condition of an osteal tissue is caused by dystrophic processes. Use of the method allows to estimate metabolic activity of an osteal tissue.
EFFECT: estimation of metabolic activity of an osteal tissue.
