SUBSTANCE: device for the alarm system and illumination at an emergency, includes a casing (1) where the source (2) of visible light is placed, an additional second source (3) of ultra-violet light, the web camera or the micro camera for record of the image during an emergency and the modem for an information transfer in the remote central control block. The device is especially favourable to application for an emergency in condition of low visibility.
