FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method of control consists in generation and alternate supply of control pulses to thyristors that form direct and reverse half-waves of current in load. At that time interval is preset, voltage in thyristors is measured, logical signal is generated. If logical signal value is true, count of time interval is permitted. Alternate control pulse is sent to thyristors as preset time interval expires. Duration of interval of conducting condition of thyristor and inverse-parallle diode is measured. Preset time interval is changed in function of thyristor and inverse-parallel diode conducting condition duration. Minimum and maximum value of thyristor and inverse-parallel diode conducting condition are preset, as well as minimum and maximum value of direct voltage in thyristors, maximum value of thyristor current, and thryristors current is measured. Supply of alternate control pulse to thyristors is prohibited.
EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability of resonant inverter operation with inverse-parallel diodes.
