SUBSTANCE: preserves for cosmic nutrition are prepared in the following way: onion is cut, blanched and minced with chopper, carrot is blanched and minced with chopper, parsley is frozen and minced with chopper, mutton is cut and minced with chopper, the above components are mixed with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extracts of biomasses of the specified kind of myxomycet, black bitter pepper and bay leaf, the preserved mix is packed in aluminium tubes, hermetised and sterilised.
EFFECT: characterised by higher digestibility compared to analogous culinary product.
