FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: cans are manufactured by cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil parsley roots, celeriac, parsnip roots and onions. Carrots are grated and sauteed in vegetable oil. Sorrel, lettuce and greenstuffs are cut and frozen, chicken meat and salted cucumbers are cut. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with wheat flour, chicken eggs, cucumber brine, table salt and hot black pepper. The obtained mix and bone broth are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention ensures expanding range of technical means and dishes used in manufacturing of new canned food which allow increasing its digestibility.
