SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, maxillofacial surgery and can be used to eliminate complex through combined defects of the lower face area after surgical treatment of locally advanced malignant tumors. Displacer-and-muscular pectoral flap and a titanium plate are used. That is combined with the use of a displaced skin-muscular thoracodorsal flap formed on the opposite side relative to the pectoral flap and positioned above the titanium plate. Its skin area is used to restore covering tissues of the lower face of the face, fixing it to skin edges of the neck and face along perimeter of orostoma. Soft muscle of the back is used to restore the soft tissues of the submandibular and chin areas. Titanium plate is placed under the muscular portion of the thoracodorsal flap and above the muscular portion of the pectoral flap.

EFFECT: method enables single-step elimination of a through combined defect of the lower face area with restoration of the lower jaw, epithelial lining of the oral cavity, facial coating tissues, soft tissues of the lower face area and prevent cutting off of the titanium plate by reducing the lower jaw titanium plate, elimination of soft tissue defects of the oral cavity with a musculomotor pectoral flap with simultaneous application of a displaced skin-muscular thoracodorsal flap and a broadest muscle of the back.
