METHOD OF REACTIVE SYNOVITIS AND HEMARTHRON TREATMENT Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61N2/04 

FIELD: medicine; physiotherapy.

SUBSTANCE: preparation Tysol is daily applied on surface of operated joint since the first days after operation eliminating suturing region. Zone of preparation application corresponds to suturing length, and width is 3-4 cm on hip, knee and shoulder joints and 2-2.5 cm on elbow, hand and ankle joints. Magnetotherapy procedures are carried out with device "Polus-101" after Tysol is applied. Within first 3 days operated joint is exposed with inductor №1 of the device where it is placed. Mode is continuous. Intensity is 1.25 MTl. Duration of procedure is 10 minutes. Starting from the fourth to 8th - 10th procedures, distal part of affected limb is exposed as well using inductor №2. Mode of exposure is intermittent. Intensity is 1.5 MTl within 15-20 minutes. Course of treatment is 8-10 procedures.

EFFECT: rapid elimination of pain syndrome and reactive manifestations, improvement of functional results.
