FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: broken production wastes of allyl chlorides, containing 60.1-65.1% mass of the total cis-, trans-1,3-dichloropropene, 20-23% mass of 1,2 dichloropropane, 3÷3.5% mass of 1,2,3- trichloropropane are initially conditioned at a temperature of 5-10°C with diethyl amine, or at a temperature of 50-55°C diethyl amine at the mole ratio 1,3-dichloropropene: secondary amine equals 1.0:1.1 with further processing of the reaction mass stoichiometrical amounts to the secondary amine 25÷35% NaOH solution. Further, the mixture is held for 0.5÷1 hour, cooled and separate the organic phase, containing chlorides of tertiary amines with the formula (CH3)2N-CH2-CH=CHCl, or (C2H5)2-CH2-CH=CHCl. Then one adds to it a stoichiometric amount to the initial 1,3-dichloropropene haloid dodecane, it is held with the increase of temperature for a period of 3.5÷4.0 hours with subsequent cooling to room temperature with the separation of the desired product constituting of a syrupy consistency of bright yellow colour of the formula where R - methyl, ethyl; Hal chlorine, bromine.
EFFECT: obtaining a high-efficiency catalyst from available raw material.
