SUBSTANCE: group of buildings and structures belonging to A. Raikin Centre of Culture, Art and Leisure includes the building of Studio-School and stage space of Open Theatre and the administrative, commercial and/or office building. The administrative, commercial and/or office building is provided with central arch located over roadway and diagonal corridor. It is situated so that its main frontage faces adjacent street forming noise-protection shielding, which also protects courtyard situated at the rear frontage from wind effects. The building of Studio-School and stage space of Open Theatre is located in courtyard and identified in the layout as the main longitudinal axis directed to the middle part of administrative, commercial and/or office building. The building of Studio-School and stage space of Open Theatre is provided with amphitheater, stage and spectator seating, which are situated at the side directed to the administrative, commercial and/or office building.

EFFECT: decrease of adverse environmental effects; wide range of stage space application, decreased transport traffic.
