FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: administrative, commercial and office building "A" is located in front of the Open Theatre - building "B" of A. Raikin Centre of Culture, Art and Leisure. It is a frame-type building provided with underground levels and overground levels. The building is comprised of two blocks, the first whereof is a theater hotel block represented as cylinder truncated with vertical diametrically disposed plane. The second block is commercial and office building is implemented with prismatic shape. Together with the first block, it forms atrium gallery by means of mutually parallel walls. Atrium gallery has common for both blocks roof, which is shown in layout as concentrically located to the first block. The second block is represented with arch from the front side. Longitudinal axis of arch is located so that it forms sharp angle together with the longitudinal axis of gallery. The top of this angle is located at the rear frontage of building "A". In addition, the first block layout provides for separating service and administrative and office parts. It has separate entrance, restaurant and bar implemented so that they can be combined into one hall, if necessary. Hotel block roof is realised with operating surfaces ensuring the possibility to exit the building perform different open-airs. Suspended construction over hotel overlaps its roof and walkway formed between the theatre hotel block and the rest volume of Building "A". Besides three multi-purpose halls are available in the building. Three levels of trading area including supermarket, public catering area with fast foods, restaurant, canteen, business area with winter garden and offices, two-level underground parking are also available in the building. Restaurant is located on Level 1 of Building"A". Public catering area is situated on overground levels 1 and 2. The aforesaid multipurpose halls for conferences, meetings, public activities, slide and films showing using movable equipment are situated on level 2 of building "A". Business area including winter garden and offices occupying the next floors is also on level 2 of the building. Besides business area is provided with independent access rooms on the first floor and vertical communication system. The first three areas have vertical walkway communication systems such as staircases, lifts and escalator. They are also provided with visually spatial communication in the shape of atrium gallery. Trading area of the second block is on the first and second overground levels and also on the first underground level, where supermarket and major grocery and non-grocery trading areas are situated. Parking with access and gateway ramps and drive way to the access ramp along external ramp is located on the second and third underground levels of the building.

EFFECT: decrease of adverse environmental effects; wide range of theatre rooms and structure application.
