FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises jointing receiver base to upper cover so as to arrange therebetween an acoustic branch pipe furnished with curvilinear surfaces separating air flow. To allow joint surfaces abutment, compression limiters are used. Aforesaid upper cover enclosure is furnished with at least two annular channels and its outer edges are provided with curvilinear and rectilinear stiffening ribs. The upper cover inner surface is furnished with tubular extension. The base upper cover halves extreme edges are vibration-welded together at a certain pressure, the weld seam being made curvilinear.

EFFECT: higher quality of manifold inner chambers.
