FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: proposed manifold comprises case, branch pipes furnished with curvilinear, on outside, x-like, screen-like and yoke-like ribbing. The branch pipe openings feature curvilinear profiles with curvilinear recesses for the inner cavitation flows to be released. The manifold housing outer surface is furnished with alignment ledges provided with lengthwise slots. The branch pipe edge surface features yoke-like ledges for the cable to be mounted therein. The manifold is made from polyamide, 66 to 0.5% and fiber glass, 33+0.5% with the outer layer thickness making 2.8 to 4 mm formed by vibration welding of the lower and upper, half-housings. Note that the manifold is provided with, at least, four mounting pins and alignment barometric ledges.

EFFECT: reduced weight, production costs and longer life.
