FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device for generating charge from mixed solid fuel comprises a case with elastic baffles with a circular groove, and covers with a ledge, which enters the circular groove of the elastic baffles. To reduce tension in the butt end of the elastic baffles in the area where they are fastened to the case, the case flanges are put into a circular cavity. The preferred inner diameter of the ledge of the cover is equal to 1.0001 - 1.002 times the outer diameter of the free part of the elastic baffles.
EFFECT: reduced tension arising at the edges of the "case-elastic baffle" and "elastic baffle-fuel" contact surfaces, during the manufacturing process and use of solid fuel charges strongly attached to the case and prevention of their exfoliation.
