FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: flexible gear wheel comprises hub 1 and rim 2 with a plate. Inner ledges 7 of rim 2 plate alternate with external ledges 8 of hub 1. Slots 4 are arranged regularly along the wheel circumference and stopped at the joint of rim plate ledges and those of the hub on the both end faces of the said gear wheel. One half of every slot is arranged in rim plate internal ledge, the other one being made on the hub external ledge. Adjacent external ledges 8 and internal ledges 7 match in the plane perpendicular to that of the gear wheel rotation and passing through the axis of sleeve 5. Cylindrical flexible elements 3 are tightly fitted in slots 4 in pairs and aligned on one sleeve 5. Hub external ledges 8 feature their ends spherical surfaces being in contact with rim plate internal ledges 7. In compliance with the second version, circular grooves are arranged on both sides of the rim plate end faces all along the rim edges. Note here that external ledges feature through slots and slits in the gear wheel rotation plane and have their ledge end spherical surfaces resting upon cylindrical surface of rim plate circular grooves. Note also that internal ledges have holes in slots to receive sleeves.
EFFECT: higher reliability of gear wheel reduced labor input in repair.
