SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mechanical engineering and can be used in general engineering gearboxes, gears in traction locomotives. The gear wheel with a mesh comprises a crown wheel and hub with radial clearance, the disc connected with elastic elements formed by cylindrical bores depth greater than half of the thickness of the disk. Location bores of disc height ensures the formation of elastic webs and mobility of the wheel rim relative to the hub interacting with the hook with the gear wheel transmission.
EFFECT: increased gear efficiency.
