FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves and accessories and is designed to be used to control transported medium control. The proposed valve incorporates body 1 with inlet 2 and outlet 3 channels. The body houses two valves coupled with con-rod 4 moved by drive 5. Firstly, a discharge valve represents three-stage rod 6 with stop 7 and sealing surface 8 on end 9 arranged in a through axial stepwise hole 10 of the said body. Front end 11 of the three-stage rod represents medium-diameter stage 12 fitted in the body inlet channel. Smaller diameter stage 13 is arranged right ahead of the aforesaid stop. Larger diameter stage 14 forms hydraulic chamber 15 with the body. The rear end of the said three-stage rod with the stop and sealing surface is arranged coaxially inside the second, a shut-off, valve 16 comprising sealing element 17, relief orifice 18, sealing surface 19 and tubular section 20 with radial holes 21 arranged behind the said sealing surface downstream. Valve 16 is arranged in seat 22 with sealing element 23 and tubular section 24 furnished with radial holes 25 in size an number corresponding to the holes in tubular section of valve 16 arranged ahead of the sealing element upstream. The OD of valve 16 ahead of the said sealing surface represents a stepwise circular surface. Smaller diameter stage 26 is arranged on the sealing surface side to form chamber 27 with the seat tubular part for it to communicate, via channel 27, with chamber 29 located above the larger diameter stage 30. The body central part features radial hole 31 housing piston 32 with con-rod 33. Below-piston chamber 34 of piston 32 is filled with oil and communicates, via channel 35, with the hydraulic chamber. Con-rod 4 interacts with con-rod 33 of piston 32. Body 1 has holes 36 to communicate inlet and outlet channels with open valve 16.
