SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valves and accessories and is designed to shut off and control the medium flows. The valve incorporates a body with inlet and outlet valves and two gates linked to the driven con-rod. The first discharge gate is arranged coaxially inside the second one accommodated inside the seat. The radial holes in the multipurpose gate tubular part are identical to the seat tubular part holes in sizes and amount. The multipurpose gate OD is stepwise till the sealing surface. The smaller-diameter step is arranged on the sealing surface side to form, along with the seat tubular part, a space communicating with that arranged above the larger diameter step. The multipurpose gate allows a simultaneous opening/closing of the seat and gate radial holes.

EFFECT: smaller noise, higher reliability and longer life.
