Abstract RU 2279599 C1

FIELD: pipe line fittings for technological lines of gas fields.

SUBSTANCE: proposed valve is provided with shut-off member performing sliding motion along seat surface having form of body of revolution; proposed valve is used for control of flow rate of medium being carried through pipe line. Body of shut-off adjusting valve has inlet and outlet passages where two gates are mounted which are set in motion by means of drive. First relief gate is made in form of additional rod-rack with bead and sealing surface at the end. Additional rod-rack is mounted in through axial hole of body which is engageable with it. Its beginning is located in inlet passage. Additional rod-gate is mounted for motion and fixation in extreme positions. End of relief gate with bead and sealing surface is located coaxially inside second shut-off adjusting gate. This end is engageable in one extreme position with sealing member shutting-off the relief hole in shut-off adjusting gate. Shut-off adjusting gate is provided with sealing surface and is located in seat with sealing member. This sealing member is tubular in shape and is provided with holes as far as sealing member in way of motion of medium flow. Inner diameter of tubular part of seat is engageable with outer diameter of shut-off adjusting gate as far as sealing member. Shut-off adjusting gate is set in axial motion by means of additional rod-rack. Central part of body has radial eccentric hole where pinion stem is located; this pinion stem is connected with drive and is engageable with additional rod-rack. Body has holes for connection of inlet passage with outlet one when shut-off adjusting gate is open.

EFFECT: simplified construction and enhanced reliability.
