FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heat engineering, specifically to vertical heat exchangers, and can be used in microbiological, chemical and medical industries for heat removal during biosynthesis in bioreactors. Heat-exchanger contains heat-exchange element connected to cooling water inlet and outlet manifolds and provided with filming agents under water inlet manifold, and built in working medium tank with aerator mounted in its lower part. Heat-exchange element is formed with coaxial shell rings mutually composing end-closed circular channel with heat-transmitting walls that are shell rings. Filming agents are mounted in circular channel above one another open relative to heat-transfer walls. The first filming agent is designed in the form of ring plates arranged at the angle to one another to form circular clearance. The second filming agent is designed in the form of ring plates interconnected to form V-profile ring element vertex of which is directed towards to water flow with dimension of clearance formed with lower filming agent and heat-transfer walls exceeding dimension of clearance formed with upper filming agent and heat-transfer walls. Horizontal plate is mounted between water inlet manifold and filming agents in circular channel.
EFFECT: higher heat-transfer coefficient due to provided more uniform filming along the whole length of heat-transfer passage.
