FIELD: biomolecules detection and registration.
SUBSTANCE: a biomolecular microelectronic sensor contains a high-frequency generator, the working volume of which is connected to the input of the transmission path of electromagnetic radiation, an interface in the form of a solid-state electrically conductive plate with the first and second surfaces, a studied biomolecular sample adjacent to the specified first surface located in the irradiation zone from the specified transmission path of the activating electromagnetic radiation, a detector system that senses electromagnetic radiation with spatial and amplitude resolution, wherein said working volume of a high-frequency electromagnetic wave generator is adjacent to said second surface of an electrically conductive plate, so that said path for transmitting electromagnetic radiation is aligned with the volume of said solid-state electrically conductive plate between said first and second surfaces.
EFFECT: invention increases versatility, speed, sensitivity and accuracy of measurements, reducing the weight and dimensions of the bimolecular sensor, as well as increasing the resource, increasing the reliability and stability of the biomolecular sensor.
