FIELD: radio communication.

SUBSTANCE: method for modulation of amplitude and phase of multiple-frequency signals is characterised by the fact that multiple-frequency signal from source of multiple-frequency signal is supplied to input of modulator made of uncontrolled part in the form of quadripole, controlled part in the form of three-pole controlled non-linear element that is connected to the source of low-frequency control signal, load with complex resistance for pass modulated multiple-frequency signals, at that resistance of multiple-frequency signal source is selected as complex, quadripole is made of reactive dipoles, values of parameters of reactive elements that form quadripole dipoles are selected based on condition of provision of preset ratios of amplitudes and phase differences of output multiple-frequency signal in two conditions of three-pole controlled element, which are determined with two levels of amplitude of low-frequency control signal, simultaneously at three frequencies. Device contains source of multiple-frequency signal, reactive quadripole, three-pole controlled element, source of multiple-frequency signal, load for pass high-frequency signal with arbitrary impedances at three preset frequencies, reactive quadripole is made in the form of symmetrical T-shaped connection of three reactive dipoles, every of which is arranged from serial circuit that is connected parallel to inductivity.

EFFECT: provision of amplitude and phase manipulation; amplification of pass signal amplitude.
