FIELD: radio communications, possible use for generating phase-manipulated, amplitude-manipulated and also amplitude and phase manipulated signals.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a source of low frequency control signal, a circulator, first shoulder of which is a high frequency input for multi-frequency signals, reactive quadripole, which is coupled in the second shoulder of circulator, semiconductor diode, which is coupled in parallel to the source of low frequency control signal, where reactive quadripole is made in form of connection of three reactive dipoles, parameters of reactive elements of which are selected on basis of condition for ensuring different given relations of modules and phase differences of transmission and reflection coefficients in given number of interpolation frequencies of required amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics in two states of semiconductor diode, determined by edge levels of low frequency controlling signal.
EFFECT: simultaneously ensured different required rules for changing amplitude and phase of both reflected and passing signals with extreme characteristics at given number of fixed frequencies.
