The flavoured product contains salt and/or sodium monoglutamate, one or more kinds of sugars and/or polyols containing trehalose and the aromatic ingredient, at this the specified product is in glassy state and has a volume of at least 0.5 ml. The food product containing as a component one or more above-mentioned flavoured products. The method of producing of the product including preparation of the blend of melted or dissolved sugar (s) and/or polyols with salt and/or sodium monoglutamate, addition of aromatic ingredients to the specified blend, mixing and cooling of the blend till its hardening. Method of cooking of clear soup or soup including dissolution of the flavoured product containing salt and/or sodium monoglutamate, one or more kinds of sugars and/or polyols and the flavoured ingredient, at this the specified product is in glassy state and has a volume of at least 0.5 ml.
EFFECT: product discharges typical flavour and aroma during a long period of time while use at an increased temperature, controlled aroma discharge.
