FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to a granulated food product preparation method. One mills vegetal raw material of one or more flavour plants together with a meat base. One mixes the milled raw material with an osmotic agent at a temperature from minus 10 to 65°C to obtain a viscous mixture having moisture content equal to 30 wt %. The viscous mixture is granulated to produce granules. The granules are dried till the moisture content is decreased to 0.5-10 wt %. The invention relates to a granulated food product containing vegetal raw material of one or more flavour plants, a meat base and an osmotic agent. The total content of the vegetal raw material and the meat base in the product is equal to 0.2 - 48 wt % of the dry substance; the average size of granules is 0.5 - 5.0 mm. The invention relates to usage of the said product for preparation of a pungent composition, seasoning or broth. The invention relates to usage of the said product for preparation of a ready food product or a semi-product or beverage.
EFFECT: granulated food product has aroma and taste authentic to those of a fresh plant and has a saturated meat taste.
