FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: prepared hen's eggs are boiled, shelled and cut. Cucumbers are cut and parboiled. Spring onions and greens are cut and exposed to freezing, preferably to fast one. Prepared beef and ham are cut. The above-mentioned components are mixed with sour cream, sugar, salt, calcium ascorbate and mustard avoiding access of oxygen. Kvass is boiled till foam disappears. The mixture is packed, sealed and sterilised preparing the target product.
EFFECT: enhancement of dish digestibility.
