SUBSTANCE: they prepare the formula components, boil, peel and chop on the cutter chicken eggs, cut, blanche and chop on the cutter cucumbers, freeze and chop on the cutter green onion and greens, cut and chop on the cutter beef, chop on the cutter ham, boil kvass. The specified components are mixed with sour cream, sugar, cooking salt and CO2-extract of mustard. They pack the obtained mix into aluminium tubes, seal and sterilise.
EFFECT: preserves for space feeding are of increased accessibility in comparison with similar culinary dish.
