SUBSTANCE: method stipulates preparation according to the traditional technology of the formula components. The prepared chicken eggs are boiled, peeled and chopped on the cutter. The prepared cucumbers are cut, blanched and chopped on the cutter. The prepared green onions and greens are exposed to preferably quick freezing, and chopped on the cutter. They cut and chop on the cutter the prepared beef. They chop on the cutter the prepared ham. They boil kvass till cessation of foam formation. They blend the specified components without access of oxygem with sour cream, sugar, cooking salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of the specified type of micromicet and mustard. The obtained blend is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised with the receipt of the final product.
EFFECT: increased accessibility of culinary dish.
