SUBSTANCE: beef is cut, seared and chopped with grinding machine, onions, capers, olives, pickled cucumbers are cut, sauted in melted butted and chopped with grinding machine. White vegetables and lemons are cut, parboiled and chopped with grinding machine, carrots are parboiled and chopped with grinding machine. Garlic is parboiled and grated, parsley is frozen and grinded, and the above-mentioned components are mixed with sour cream, meat and bone broth, tomato paste, salt and CO2-extract from biomass of the certain type of micromycete and black pepper. The mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility comparing with similar dish.
