FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting, blanching and mincing onions and potatoes, blanching and mincing carrots, freezing and mincing herbs, mincing duck meat. The said ingredients are mixed with sour cream, bone broth, tomato paste, salt and CO2-extracts of the specified type of myxomycete biomass and black pepper. The obtained mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar dish.
