SUBSTANCE: method of cans' production comprises cutting, searing and chopping of onions, olives, capers and pickled cucumbers with grinding machine, parboiling and grinding of white vegetables and lemons with grinding machine, parboiling and grinding of carrots, parboiling and grating of garlic, freezing and grinding of parsley, mixing of the above-mentioned components with sour cream, meat and bone broth, tomato paste, salt and CO2-extract of black pepper, packing of the mixture into aluminum tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility comparing with similar dish.
