SUBSTANCE: cans are made by cutting, searing in melted butter and chopping of meat with grinding machine, parboiling and chopping of cucumbers and tomatoes with grinding machine, freezing and grinding of lettuce, parboiling and grinding of horse-radish, mixing of the above-mentioned components with sour cream, sugar, salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of the certain type of micromycete, black pepper, packing of the mixture into aluminum tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
