FIELD: medical technics.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing of electrodes for biological potentials removal includes formation and fastening the current-collecting layer on the substrate surface. Preliminary on the substrate the formation of the glutinous layer is carried out by fixing granules of the savilen material and the subsequent fastening of glutinous layer granules by their thermal ramollissement. Then the ends of current-leading conductors of electrode wire on the surface of the substrate atop of the glutinous layer are placed and the formation of current-collecting layer is caried out. The admixture of silver powder and silver chloridum is used at the following ratio of components, wt %: silver powder - 39-61; silver chloridum - 61-39. Fastening of the current-collecting layer on the substrate is carried out by its heat treatment at temperature of 100-200°C during 3-10 minutes. As a substrate for electrodes manufacturing various not electrically conductive materials are used, for example, ceramic materials, plastics, polyurethanum.
EFFECT: increase of electrode electrochemical characteristics, simplicity of manufacturing.
