FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: mineral crusher incorporates pair of drum crushing devices arranged in parallel inside casing to run therein. Every crushing device has groups of teeth arranged along the circumference, said groups being spaced apart and located along the drum device so as to form a channel between adjacent groups of teeth passing also along the circumference. Aforesaid drum devices are arranged so that each group of teeth located along the circumference of one drum device comes into position whereat it enters appropriate channel passing along the circumference between two adjacent groups of teeth located along the circumference of another drum device. Cross section and size of every tooth and receiving channel are to match. Elongated crushing rod is arranged lengthwise parallel to the drum devices axes and so as to have its lengthwise axis located between the axes of drum devices rotation and shifted downward relative to them. Aforesaid crushing rod is furnished with multiple crushing teeth spaced apart over the entire length of the rod so that every crushing rod tooth extends upward and inside appropriate channel formed between two groups of teeth arranged long the circumference on one of the said drum devices. Every crushing tooth shape and size correspond to those of the channel the tooth enters. Every tooth in the drum crusher has such height h which, at least, makes twice the maximum tooth width. Note here that the ratio between height h and the radius of circumference whereon the groups of teeth are located varies from 1:1.5 to 1:2.5.

EFFECT: higher crushing quality.
