FIELD: desintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to devices for crushing materials and can be used in drum mills of mineral crushers. Crusher tooth assembly comprises a protrusion pin having opposite front and back facets and a shell structure embracing the protrusion pin and limiting the outer shape of the crusher tooth. Shell structure contains a multitude of coatings that are permanently attached to each other, forming a unitary crusher tooth assembly. At least one coating of the shell structure is detachably connected to the corresponding face of the projection-pin. Mineral crusher is characterized in that it contains the above-mentioned crusher tooth assembly. Drum unit intended for the mineral breaker comprises a plurality of toothed rings mounted on the drive shaft, each ring having a plurality of the aforementioned crusher teeth assemblies spaced along the circumference of said ring. Mineral crusher is characterized in that it contains the above drum unit.
EFFECT: use of the above tooth unit in the gears of mineral crushers increases their manufacturability.
