FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed plant is intended, primarily, for airless application of polymer composite coats, in particular, epoxy-urethane coat, in the field and stationary conditions for antirust protection of pipelines, various metal structures, equipment etc. Invention aims at development of the pressure two-component proportioning of high-viscosity not-readily-fluid liquids in complicated field conditions. Horizontal reversing drive features two con-rods extending from its shaft to both sides, everyone being linked up to displacer of only one of the two-component hydraulic units. One of the said hydraulic units is arranged so at to reset its operating working volume. Both of them are furnished with differential-type displacers that can feed the equal-volume components into the mixer with the drive con-rods traveling in either side. Components tanks are arranged above aforesaid components hydraulic units. Proposed plant is built around reversing pneumatic drive and features peculiarities allowing it to vary ratio of metered components, total amount of mixed components being fed and mix spraying pressure. Note that it also allows a higher accuracy of proportioning, equal loads on pneumatic drive in its travel in opposite directions thanks to using special-design differential displacers equal time of intake and discharge strokes, forced filling of working chambers of aforesaid hydraulic units from said components tanks.

EFFECT: horizontal arrangement with low center of weight, ease of transport on soil and operation in field conditions.
