SUBSTANCE: invention relates to discrete-action liquid weighing batchers designed for batch dosing of viscous and pasty liquids, including polymer binders containing a powdery fire-explosive filler in their composition. The batcher can also be used in other industries where dosing of viscous liquids with weight control of the mass of the dispensed doses is required. The liquid weighing batcher consists of a hopper with a lid, which is equipped with bushings, a frame, a loading unit with a set valve, a weighing device. A bearing assembly with a shaft and a screw and a drive are installed on the lid. The drive is equipped with a traverse including two brackets with centering holes. Two hydraulic cylinders for lifting the lid are fixed on the frame, the rods of which are equipped with disk pick-up devices with protrusions in the form of truncated cones, which contact the centering holes of the brackets during lifting the lid. The auger and the sleeve of the hopper are made conical. The flange of the hopper is equipped with guide posts that interact with the cover bushings and have a length equal to the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder rod. The unloading unit consists of a valve body and a drain valve. The seat in the valve body and the drain valve are made in a vertical plane. The guide posts have a length equal to the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder rod. In the unloading unit, the seat in the valve body and the drain valve are made in a vertical plane.

EFFECT: simplification of the design in terms of mechanized remote disassembly, an increase in the accuracy of dosing, a reduction in the duration of the dosing cycle and an increase in the productivity of the dispenser.
