FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method for filling liquid to foil packets provided with nipple consists in the fact that nipple is installed on pouring hole, foil packet is emptied through nipple, foil packet is filled with liquid through nipple, liquid is sucked from pouring hole, and portion of sterile gas is supplied to through nipple to foil packet. At that emptying, suction and supply of sterile gas is carried out through combined channel for gas that leads to pouring hole. Device contains pouring hole for installation of packet nipple in it in pouring position, channel for liquid that leads from pipeline for liquid supply to pouring hole and arranged with the possibility of its closure by filling valve, channel for gas that leads from gas line to pouring hole, which has gas valve installed in it and ends downstream filling valve in channel for liquid. Gas line is arranged with the possibility to connect to vacuum pipeline or gas line for supply of sterile gas. Filling valve contains movable piston, narrowing part of pipe, which limits channel for liquid and to which movable piston may be pressed for closure of channel for liquid with provision of seal. Gas valve is installed inside movable piston in cavity, the bottom end of which is arranged with the possibility of closure.

EFFECT: improvement, prevention of undesired wetting of nipple external surface with liquid and simplification of device design.
