SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of filing using counter pressure. In compliance with proposed method, rotary dispensing machine is used that comprises kettle with its inner space divided into that for liquid product and gas space, right above the former. There is return gas channel, common for all filling elements or one group of said elements. Prior to filling, inner space of vessels is loaded by inert gas from kettle gas space via controlled gas channel of each filling element. During filling, inert gas is displaced from the vessels by filling product at least partially back into return gas channel. Besides vessel pre-loading by pressure is performed from one additional gas channel, common for all filling elements or one group thereof. Said additional gas channel communicates with kettle gas space.
EFFECT: inert gas saving, ruling out of oxygen absorption by product.
