FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of liquid decarbonating, mainly of steam-turbo installations feeding water. Decarbonator contains assembly tank, connecting pipe for decarbonated water discharge, collector, sprayers, partition and shutter, as well as three side-bars: lower, which is a collecting tank for decarbonated water, middle, divided inside with slanting partition into left contact zone and right separation zone, and upper, intended for preventing access of used air into contact zone. Each of sprayers is made acoustic and contains body with placed inside generator of acoustic fluctuations in form of nozzle and resonator, pipes for air and liquid supply. Body of sprayers is made in form of vertically located cylindrical bush, in whose upper part there is a pipe for air supply, and perpendicularly to its axis a pipe for liquid supply is placed. Inside body, co-axially to it, bush with upper and lower flanges is fixed rigidly, lower flange being rigidly fixed in groove, made in body. Inside bush, co-axially to it, there is a rod with diameter d, on whose end circular volumetric resonator, made in form of cup with conical surface, is pressed in, and in tail part of rod there are fixing discs, interacting with inner surface of bush. In lower flange there is at least one nozzle at angle to resonator axis, whose value is in the interval: 20°÷40°, extension of nozzle axis lies on the circumference, located in middle part of conical surface of resonator.
EFFECT: increase of productivity due to thin liquid dispersion.
