FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method of development of a deposit of high-viscosity oil with water-saturated zones includes construction of horizontal production and located above injection wells with installation of casing strings with filter parts in corresponding horizontal sections, heating of formation by pumping into both wells of hot working agent with specific weight below specific weight of formation water, conducting studies for determination of water-saturated zones adjacent to production and injection wells, after that in casing adjacent to water-saturated zones of wells, covering of these zones with water-proof composition, which is destructed at external action, with subsequent process exposure, injection of displacing agent into injection well and extraction of product from production well. Displacement agent used is steam with temperature of not less than 180 °C. Determination of water-saturated zones is carried out in both wells by geophysical investigations, besides, in production well – in two stages, first of which is electric and / or radioactive – before steam injection, and the second one – thermometric – after the formation is heated before production start. At detection of water-saturated zones, opened by horizontal shafts of producing and injection wells from the mouth side, before pumping and forcing into the pore space of the productive formation water-insulating composition in form of a heat-resistant gel composition, these zones in wells are covered from two sides with margin of not less than 10 m by removable packers lowered on tubing string, which are equipped between packers with perforated pipe for pumping water-proof composition. After pumping of water-insulating composition and process exposure packers are removed together with tubing string, after that, two injection string are arranged in the injection well; the tubing ends are located below at least 100 m of the water-insulating composition depth; in the production well there placed is a pump lowered to the tubing string, which is not less than 50 m of the water-insulating composition depth. Injection well is injected for injection of steam, and production well for product extraction.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities due to stability of water-insulating composition at high temperatures of not less than 180 °C, high-quality insulation of water-saturated zones, reduced material costs.
