METHOD OF DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH VISCOUS OIL OR BITUMEN DEPOSIT Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC E21B43/24 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to development of hydrocarbon deposits by means of double wellhead wells and can be implemented for extraction of high viscous oil or bitumen. The essence of the invention is as follows: the method consists in boring double wellhead well and casing it with producing column, also before casing of the well a horizontal section of the double wellhead well is elongated to obtain an additional borehole which is also cased with a producing column. The well is equipped with pumping facility through the well head from the side of the additional borehole; heat carrier pumping is carried out through the other wellhead. According to the suggested method simultaneous pumping heat carrier through one wellhead and withdrawing production through another wellhead of the double wellhead well facilitates increased efficiency of payout reservoir development.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the method due to reduction of labour intensiveness and due to growth of a horizontal section length.
