FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to connection devices. In the proposed connection device, comprising branch pipes joined by fluid media inlet elements, each branch pipe has a circular locking arm in which there is a groove and which has a cone-shaped front lateral surface and a radial rear lateral surface. The front lateral surfaces of the locking arm are located opposite each other. The rear lateral surface of at least one locking arm bounds the groove. The connection device also has a circline spring loaded steel ribbon, the axial ends of which have inward-directed flanges, which intermesh with the locking arms and broken on the side of the spring loaded ribbon, opposite its circular ends. The branch pipes are inserted into each other and sealed. For convenient access and increasing strength of the connection device, the front lateral surfaces of the locking arms are made with a central axis angle. The smallest radius of the circle of the front lateral surfaces is less than the inner radius of the flanges of the spring loaded ribbon, and the axial width of the flanges corresponds to the width of the groove into which they are put. The spring loaded ribbon is resistant to corrosion. Description is given of versions of the connection device.
