FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: gas turbine plant of regenerative cycle and catalyst combustion chamber consists of compressor, turbine, heat-exchanger-regenerator, catalyst combustion chamber, auxiliary combustion chamber, connecting gas and air conduit, fuel system, automatic gas turbine control system and load, for example electric generator. Gas and air conduit between heat-exchanger-regenerator and turbine is split into two channels for air flowing. Catalyst channel is installed in one of the channels, and auxiliary combustion chamber is installed on the other channel. Control element is installed in the splitting point of the conduit and in front of the catalyst combustion chamber and auxiliary combustion chamber inlets in order to control air flow distribution between them. Control element operation is controlled by automatic gas turbine control system. The mixer is installed at combustion chamber outlet and in point of conduit channels splitting. The mixer ensures even distribution of flow temperature before the turbine.
EFFECT: improvement of fuel economical efficiency, widening functional possibilities of gas turbine plant, fast transfer to operating mode and preserving plant serviceability when the heat-exchanger-regenerator fails and improvement of plant operation reliability.
