FIELD: physics, nuclear technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to the device of the primary cooling circuit of a dual-circuit nuclear power plant with a water-to-water boiling active zone, and particularly to circulation of the heat carrier in the primary circuit using jet-pumps. The primary circuit device contains a separator of the vapour-water mixture and, as apparatus for circulating the heat carrier, a jet-pump, with a vapour inlet nozzle, a water inlet nozzle and an outlet nozzle. The heat carrier outlet of the active zone is joined to the inlet of the separator. The water outlet of the separator is joined to the input of the steam generator, and the vapour outlet of the separator joined to the vapour inlet nozzle of the pump. The output of the steam generator is joined to the water inlet nozzle of the pump. The outlet nozzle of the jet-pump is joined to the heat carrier inlet of the active zone. The heat carrier is water. However, at the outlet of the active zone, the heat carrier is a vapour-water mixture.
EFFECT: simplification of the construction of the nuclear power plant, increasing efficiency, reducing the size of the reactor, as well as implementing the concept of "structural safety".
