SUBSTANCE: invention concerns technics of communication and can be used in information transfer system on noisy lines of outside illumination. The information transfer device on lines of outside illumination contains a communication link, modems (transceivers), correlating the transformers connected through condensers of communication to a communication link which one of phase wires is. Telemetering signals from a modem output transit through a resonance circuit which frequency is peakly approached to frequency of reception and an information transfer.

EFFECT: improvement of quality of signal and maintenance of high reliability of transmission and reception of telemetering information on communication channel on distances to 1000 and more metres.
