FIELD: physics, processing of images.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns technics of recording of images and can be used in a video and photoequipment. The effect is reached by that in the plan of reading of the signals, consisting of the active mesh, containing in each mesh the active transistor, the transistor of sample of a line, the transistor of preset and containing a differential amplifier formed at insert in one of meshes of the transistor of sample, and containing two shoulders, and in one of arms are included mesh transistors - the active transistor and the sample transistor, and the second arm, the plan of a loading and an amplifier cell are agglomerated from transistors being out of meshes and blanket for all column of matrix of photodetector, the additional transistor of sample which is connected by the source to the food busbar, by a drain node to a drain node of the active transistor and a shutter to the plan of sample developing signals is entered, and the sink of the transistor of sample is connected to a sink of the active transistor.

EFFECT: increase of utilisation factor of light stream in relation to similar plans with differential amplifier.
