SUBSTANCE: express-diagnostics of anxiety and depression is carried out with the help of questionnaire survey. The questions, which are typical for anxiety, are suggested to answer orally or in writing. "Are you anxious most of the time within the last 4 weeks?", "How often do you feel tension, irritation and suffer with sleep disturbance?" and questions, which are typical for depression: "How often do you have sad and dismal mood?"; "Do you feel best of all in morning?". If all answers are affirmative, anxiety and depression are diagnosed, if 2 answers, which are typical for anxiety, are affirmative - anxiety is diagnosed, and if 2 answers, which are typical for depression, are affirmative - depression is diagnosed.

EFFECT: opportunity to diagnose anxiety and depression during the short period of time, to determine type of psychopathologic reaction followed by selecting appropriate drug treatment appear.
