FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine area, in particular to therapy and psychiatry. Method of worried depression prediction in patients suffering from cardium infarction is realised as follows. In the first day patient's blood is tested for caspase-3 activity, noradrenalin and dopamine level using fluorimetrical analysis procedures. Noradrenalin value 0.77±0.02 mkg/l and more, dopamine value 0.51±0.01 mkg/l and more, caspase-3 activity exceeding 1.02±0.041 pmol/min/ml indicate predictable development of worried depression within the first month of postinfarction period.
EFFECT: for higher WD prediction informativity.
