FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopaedics. According to a degree of destruction of a femoral bone, a pre-operative level of transversal hip osteotomy within health tissues is planned. It is followed by osteotomy. A segment of the femoral bone formed by osteotomy is rotated 180°. An exploring hip endoprosthesis leg which is used for osteosynthesis of the intraoperatively osteotomised hip is implanted. Grafts are positioned over the femoral bone so that to cover a bone defect along an external surface of a proximal hip and overlap an osteotomy line. The proximal and distal portions of cortical grafts are fixed by elastic ring fixation devices made of a solid inert material. The persistent defects of the proximal portion of the femoral bone is filled with a plate-like bone-replacing preparation in an amount smaller than a defect volume.
EFFECT: method provides recovered adequate hip joint mobility, prevents endoprosthesis destabilisation after exploring implantation.
